its a bat. file and i dnt really know how it works. it just does.
i didnt not make this i found it virus scanned it and it was virus free. so i ran it then i went to a website that shows ur i-p and boom its different. i think the website was, cmyip.com . im guessing. but search it up on you google Very Happy lol!
